The Coinmine One is the first all-in-one crypto device that is made for use by everyone. No expertise required. Setup from any iOS or Android device, and can run anywhere with a wifi connection. What does it do? It can mine your favorite cryptocurrencies which are then immediately stored in your in-app digital wallet. It has the entire Bitcoin blockchain stored inside, which will allow you to send Bitcoin near instantly and for near zero cost on the lightning network. In addition to those two features, the Coinmine One is automatically upgraded over-the-air in order to bring you the most cutting edge developments and applications in the crypto ecosystem. You can cancel any time prior to shipment for a full refund. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Products within fourteen (14) days of your shipping date through our Return Portal so long as they are in their original condition and packaging and you enclose the original packaging slip. We will refund your the price of your device in full. You will be required to cover the cost of shipping and return shipping. You must return all Products, cords, cables, parts and documentation that were included with the original package. Products purchased from Coinmine through an installment plan are not eligible for partial returns, and must be returned with all other Products included in the installment plan purchase. Refunds will be applied to the original purchase method. Only Products purchased directly from Coinmine can be returned to Coinmine. Products you purchase through any authorized retail partners must be returned in accordance with their respective return policies. If for any reason your order arrives damaged, please file a claim for a damaged device through our Return Portal within 14 days of the shipping date. Any return outside that 14-day window will only be accepted for reasons that comply with our warranty coverage.

For switching to a new WiFi network, make sure the old network is out of range. If you were connected via ethernet, simply unplug the ethernet cable. Then, reboot the Coinmine so you see the Coinmine hotspot in the WiFi list on your phone. Once that’s visible (don’t connect to it), open the Coinmine app and swipe left. Click add a device and follow WiFi setup flow.

To switch from WiFi to ethernet, simply power off the Coinmine, plug in ethernet, then power it back on. Give it a few minutes to connect. If it doesn't connect automatically, swipe left in the app, click add a device and follow wired setup flow.

Yes. By clicking the miner card, you can toggle the Lights and Sound off and on.

We recommend having your Coinmine in a place that you can control the network settings as some firewalls or secured networks (like hotels) may block the urls the Coinmine needs to reach or not grant the Coinmine access onto the network. The network also needs to be password protected. The Coinmine will not join an unsecure network. It is also important to have it somewhere that doesn't get too warm. A strong and consistent internet connection is also required. The Coinmine One currently only can support 802.11g and lower wireless networks. While it is intended to remain constantly running, there may be times like after a power outage that it may need to be manually rebooted. Please leave it in the vertical, upright position.

Bitcoin mode allows your mining earnings to convert to Bitcoin. It will eventually allow your bitcoin earnings to go directly to your Lightning Channels

It is dependent upon the price and amount of other underlying currencies that your Coinmine can mine.

Once you’ve mined a minimum amount (listed in the wallet under each coin), you’ll be able to send/receive from our built-in wallet to any wallet you choose. You simply input your request from within the app and the coins will be transferred within 72 hours. All withdrawals are subject to network fees.

The Coinmine One is 160Watts, but it will vary depending on the cryptocurrency that you choose to mine.

There is a 5% mining fee which is subtracted during the mining process, so you will never have to worry about any of the crypto in your Coinmine app disappearing. It goes towards keeping your Coinmine One software up-to-date! Separate from this, there is a network fee charge for withdrawals that varies and is determined by the network.
