Getting Setup
Coinmine One Setup

First, plug in and power on your device. You can expect to see a light on the side of the Coinmine One, and hear a sound as well. If you plan on connecting your Coinmine One to the internet with an ethernet cable, please plug it in now.

Make sure it is placed in a room temperature area with at least 6 inches clear on each side for proper ventilation.

Download the Coinmine app. It’s available in the Apple App Store and in the Google Play Store.

Once downloaded, tap “Create Account”.

Activate your Coinmine One by tapping “Add a Device”. Follow all the prompts on screen to get connected and start mining. When typing in the password for your wifi, please make sure to type the password in correctly for a faster connection.

After your device is connected, pick the crypto you want to start powering and earning!

If you get an error, try restarting from the purple “Add a Device” button. For more detailed instructions or if you run into any other problems, please reach out to us via chat or at support@coinmine.com. You can also tweet us @coinmine.

Powering Off the device: Should you ever need to power off the device, please do so with a single press of the power button. Over the next 5-10 seconds, the device will shutdown gracefully. If more than a minute passes before the shutdown (it’s still lit up or making a noise), then you can press and hold and it will force quit it off after a few seconds.

Using the App
Setting up your Coinmine One requires the use of a mobile device running iOS or Android.

To get started with the app, check out our "Getting Set Up" section. The Coinmine app is available in the Apple App Store and in the Google Play Store.

To switch coins, tap on the miner card for the miner you would like to switch. Tap the button that says “Switch Currencies”. Tap the name of the currency you would like to switch to. When the button comes up that says “Press and hold to confirm”, please do as it says 😜. And just like that, you’re mining! 🎊. If you change your mind before switching, you can swipe down to dismiss the circular button. If you change you mind afterwards, you can always switch back!

To turn off/on the Lights and Sound on a Coinmine One, please tap the miner card. The toggle slider to turn off and on the Lights and Sounds will be there!

Troubleshooting

Don't fret, we're here to help you through it.

Q: My miner won’t connect to the wifi.
A: Make sure your wifi is on and your Coinmine One is within the range of the wifi. Then make sure that the password is inputed correctly. Please also make sure your mobile device has data off (airplane mode) but wifi on. If this doesn’t work or was already correct, please reboot your Coinmine One (CM1) by pressing the power button, waiting for about 1 minute, then restart the CM1 by pressing the power button.

Q: The lights are frozen on my Coinmine One.
A: Please reboot your Coinmine One. To reboot: First, please start by powering off with a single press and the system will gracefully shutdown over the course of the next 5-10 secs. If it still won’t shut down (still making noise or lights still on) after a minute please press and hold to force turn off of the Coinmine One off after a few seconds.

After turning the Coinmine One off, please wait a minute before powering it on again. To turn it back on, please press the power button again. Please know that all ship dates are estimates, but we are working hard to get you your order as soon as possible. All orders ship in the order that they are received.
If you would like to check on the status of your order or need to update your shipping address, please contact us by clicking the messenger icon in the lower right corner or reach us on Twitter or email us at support@coinmine.com.

For international customers, we are currently only able to ship using DHL Worldwide. If you do not see your country listed, please contact us. The app will be available outside of the U.S. app store, and we will provide what product support we can via chat, Twitter and email. Also, please note, you will need a different power cord or convertor to fit your wall outlet.
We cannot accept responsibility for any issues with importing, customs, or tariffs for international purchases.

Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes people change their minds, even with a product as cool as this.

You can cancel any time prior to shipment for a full refund.

Although we don’t anticipate it, if you would like to return your order after it has been shipped, you can return for any reason within 14 days of your Coinmine shipping date, in new condition with original packaging through our Return Portal. If for any reason your order arrives damaged, please file a claim for a damaged device through the Return Portal within 14 days of the shipping date. Any return outside that 14-day window will only be accepted for reasons that comply with our warranty coverage.

Only Products purchased directly from Coinmine can be returned to Coinmine. Products you purchase through any authorized retail partners must be returned in accordance with their respective return policies.

Warranty
While we don’t anticipate any defects or damage, we know sometimes things happen.

Coinmine warrants your Coinmine Hardware against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of (1) year from the shipping date. Coinmine will replace such defective Coinmine Hardware at no cost to you. Once we receive your Coinmine with all accessories for repair, it may take up to (30) days for Coinmine to process repairs and/or replacements under this Limited Warranty. This limited warranty is only available to you as the original purchaser of the Coinmine Hardware. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or transfer your Coinmine Hardware. No Coinmine reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this limited warranty.
